Vims Lab Return & Refund Policy (Revised Professional Version)
We have a 7-day return policy for defective, damaged internal sachet (excluding outer box) or incorrect items. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with the receipt or proof of purchase. The cost of shipping for the returned items will be borne by the Customer.
For safety and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns for opened or consumed health supplement products.
To start a return, please contact us at info@vims-lab.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide return instructions and the shipping address.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Our supplements may show natural variation in color or texture over time or when exposed to different temperatures. This variation does not affect safety or product quality.
Packaging designs and ingredient formulations may also be updated to improve performance and compliance. Updated versions may be provided without prior notice.
Returns or refunds will not be accepted solely on the basis of natural product variation or updated packaging or formulations.

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to purchase a different product, please place a new order after your return is approved.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days.
Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at info@vims-lab.com.
