STANDARD DELIVERY WITHIN SINGAPORE 

Free for orders of S$70 or more

S$10 for orders of less than S$69.90

An additional $10 entry fee is chargeable on any deliverables made into Sentosa.

Arrives in 3–7 business days

The Estimated Delivery Window provided by Vims Lab reflects most standard deliveries in Singapore.  In the event that the items on your order is not available, the order will ship as they become available.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (NOT APPLICABLE)

International shipping normally takes 10-30 business days. Overseas orders may occasionally be subject to longer transit time caused by air freight delay, customs hold, or any other unforeseen complications outside of our control.

All shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and is calculated based on weight. However the shipping lead times based on location are as follows:

Please note that destination country have its own local legislation and regulations, the import or export of certain goods may be restricted or forbidden. It is the customs authority that has the large job of enforcing these rules. Please kindly check your Country’s regulations and Vims Lab is not liable for any orders that are confiscated.

Please also note that overseas orders must go through an import procedure as determined by custom’s law in the destination country.  The order is cleared through customs based on the origin country, the value and quantity, but not its purpose. Dutiable shipments are subject to a customs duty, which is a tariff or tax imposed on goods when transported across international borders.  The calculation of duties depends on the assessable value of a dutiable shipment and is to be borne by customer.


ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Orders are processed and delivered Monday – Friday, except for national holidays. Be aware that orders may experience longer processing and delivery times during holidays.

Orders can't be delivered to the following areas:

  1. P.O. Boxes, Postal Locked Bag, Postal Window Delivery Service, VBOX, My Mail Box, My Singpost Box.
  2. ALL offshore islands (example such as Pulau Ubin, Pulau Tekong, St John’s Island and Khusu Island)
  3. ALL MINDEF/SAF (Singapore Armed Forced, Republic of Singapore Air Force, Republic of Singapore Navy) military area, army camp, air base, naval base, ammo base and store, ammo command and building. Including Gombak Base, Central Manpower Base, Defence Technology command and building. Including Gombak Base, Central Manpower Base, Defence Technology command and building. Including Gombak Base, Central Manpower Base, Defence Technology command and building. Including Gombak Base, Central Manpower Base, Defence Technology command and building. Including Gombak Base, Central Manpower Base, Defence Technology Tower B, Defence Technology Tower A, all DSO buildings, all DSTA buildings and offices, all FSD buildings and offices and all SID building and offices.
  4. ALL MHA/SPF/SCDF/Singapore Prisons buildings such as New Phoenix Park, Special Operation Command, Coast Guard Brani Base, Home Team Academy, SCDF Training Academy, SCDF Nee Soon Camp, Woodlands Checkpoint, Tuas Checkpoint, Changi Prisons, Sembawang Prisons and Admiralty West Prisons.
  5. All ports and port supporting buildings in Singapore including PSA Tanjong Pagar Terminal, PSA Pasir Panjang Terminal, PSA Keppel Terminal, PSA Brani Terminal, and Jurong Port.
  6. All airports, air base and its supporting facilities such as Changi Airport, Seletar Airport, Seletar Aerospace Park, Airline House, ALPS area, SATS buildings and dnata buildings.
  7. Facilities of Chemical Plants (such as Esso, Shell, Caltex, SPC), Data Centre, Engine Test Centre (such as SIA Engine Centre, Trend Engine Centre), Power Station and Shipyard natures.

Please note that delivery fees are not refundable unless you receive an incorrect item.

Please ensure your delivery details are correct before checkout. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, re-delivery fees will apply. Orders that cannot be re-delivered after 30 days will be considered abandoned.

Once your order has left our warehouse, it is in the hands of the delivery company. Any delays caused by the delivery company are outside our control and we cannot be held responsible for any delays.  Expected shipping times are an estimation given to us by the delivery companies and may vary depending on location.

During high demand periods, delivery delays are to be expected.  It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that they are aware of potential delays per this shipping policy.

By placing their order, the customer also agrees to this shipping policy and understands that Vims Lab is not liable for delays outside of our control and cannot guarantee delivery timeframes, regardless of the estimates provided herewith.
