Two products, two separate deliveries
Your bundle will arrive in two separate shipments. Vims Junior Jelly ships from Singapore, while the air purifier is dispatched from Hong Kong. The parcels may arrive on different dates.
Delivery dates are not yet confirmed. The proposed windows of 2–4 business days for Jelly after warehouse release, and 7–14 business days for the purifier, remain subject to warehouse, dispatch, carrier and customs verification. They are planning estimates, not delivery promises. No Singapore ready-stock or immediate-delivery claim is made for the purifier.
If purifier stock cannot be confirmed before shipment, we will cancel the complete bundle and refund the full amount paid, including customer-paid shipping.
Tracking will be provided separately when each parcel is dispatched. One parcel being shipped or delivered does not mean that the entire bundle is fulfilled.

Vims Junior Bilberry Jelly
Made in Japan, with 31 grape-flavoured jelly sticks per box. The existing Vims Lab product information lists European bilberry extract, lutein and vitamin B12, as shown in the approved Vims Junior product artwork. Suitable for ages 3 and above, with one stick daily according to the approved product directions. Follow the label and seek appropriate advice where needed.
3 boxes contain 93 sticks; 6 boxes contain 186 sticks. Expiry: August 2027. Jelly is a separate food/nutrition product and is not offered as protection against haze or eye disease.

Warranty and returns
The air purifier is an imported Hong Kong-market model and does not include a Singapore local manufacturer's warranty. Any applicable distributor or manufacturer warranty is limited to service in Hong Kong and subject to its actual terms. Vims Lab provides no additional commercial warranty or local repair service. Eligibility after export, the service route and responsibility for cross-border shipping and related costs must be confirmed before service is arranged.
Change-of-mind returns are not accepted. If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or materially different from its description, please contact Vims Lab first at Info@vims-lab.com so that we can assess the issue and arrange the appropriate remedy. Please retain the packaging and relevant photos where practical. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Free Hong Kong repairs, replacements or cross-border warranty transport are not promised.
Frequently asked questions
Can I buy the purifier alone on Vims Lab?
No. Select one complete 3-box or 6-box family bundle. Each bundle contains one purifier and the selected Jelly quantity.
Will everything arrive together?
No. Jelly ships from Singapore and the purifier ships from Hong Kong. Separate parcels may arrive on different dates, with separate tracking when available.
Is the purifier held in Singapore?
No Singapore ready-stock claim is made. The planned fulfilment route is purchase from Hong Kong after order confirmation, subject to availability.
Is the purifier free?
No. The displayed total covers both products. No item is described as free.
Can I add a Welcome or KOL discount?
Eligible Welcome codes can apply once for 10% off the bundle. KOL codes do not discount the bundle, including when combined with Welcome. Volume discounts and other promotions do not apply to the bundle. Eligible standalone Vims Junior Jelly in the same order retains its existing discount rules.
Does Allergy Care certification mean Singapore sales approval?
No. Manufacturer performance certification and Singapore regulatory requirements are separate matters.
